1. Introduction

Great Marketing AI Inc., doing business as Flozee AI (“we,” “our,” or “us”), operates a lead distribution and pay-per-call SaaS platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform or visit our website at flozee.ai (the “Service”). Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, company name, and payment information.
  • Lead Data: As part of our core service, we process lead records submitted through your campaigns. This includes consumer contact information (name, phone, email) and case details provided by your integrated lead sources.
  • Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform — including pages visited, features used, IP addresses, browser type, and timestamps.
  • Third-Party Account Data: When you connect third-party services (such as Google Sheets, Meta/Facebook, or other integrations), we collect and store OAuth tokens and the minimum account information necessary to provide the integration. See Section 10 for details on Google API data.
  • Communications: If you contact us, we retain records of that correspondence.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Process and distribute leads on your behalf
  • Deliver leads to connected third-party destinations you configure (e.g., Google Sheets, webhooks)
  • Sync advertising spend data from connected ad platforms (e.g., Meta Ads)
  • Send transactional communications (invoices, alerts, API notifications)
  • Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the platform
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service Providers: Trusted third parties that help us operate the platform (e.g., Supabase for database hosting, Stripe for payments, Clerk for authentication, Vapi for AI calling). These parties are contractually obligated to protect your data.
  • Buyers & Suppliers: Lead data is routed to the buyers and suppliers you configure within your campaigns. You control these connections.
  • Connected Integrations: When you connect third-party services (e.g., Google Sheets), data is sent to those services only as you configure. We do not share your data with third-party integrations without your explicit action.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of Flozee AI and its users.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Lead records are retained for a minimum of 12 months to support billing, audit, and dispute resolution. OAuth tokens for third-party integrations are retained until you disconnect the integration or delete your account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@flozee.ai.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, row-level security on our database, role-based access controls, and encrypted storage of third-party OAuth tokens. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session state and analyze usage. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, though some features of the Service may not function correctly as a result.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@flozee.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

10. Google API Services Usage Disclosure

Flozee AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you connect your Google account to Flozee AI, we request access to the following scopes:

  • Google Sheets (read & write): Used to deliver lead data to spreadsheets you designate. We only access spreadsheets you explicitly select within the platform.
  • Google Drive (read-only metadata): Used to list your spreadsheets so you can select a destination. We do not read, modify, or delete any files in your Google Drive.

We limit our use of Google user data to providing and improving the integration features you configure. Specifically:

  • We do not use Google user data for advertising or marketing purposes.
  • We do not sell Google user data to third parties.
  • We do not use Google user data to build user profiles unrelated to the Service.
  • We store Google OAuth tokens encrypted at rest and only use them to perform actions you initiate.
  • You can revoke Flozee AI's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page or from the Integrations settings within Flozee AI.

11. Meta (Facebook) Integration Disclosure

When you connect your Meta (Facebook) account, we access your ad account data to sync advertising spend metrics and attribute costs to your campaigns. We also support Meta Conversions API (CAPI) to send server-side conversion events on your behalf. We only access the ad accounts and pages you explicitly authorize, and we store access tokens encrypted at rest.

12. AI-Powered Features

Flozee AI uses artificial intelligence for lead scoring, call qualification, and advisory features. Lead data processed by AI models is used solely to provide the Service and is not used to train third-party AI models. AI-initiated phone calls always disclose that the caller is an AI system, in compliance with FTC and TCPA requirements.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
